Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Certain items such as personalized or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
