Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before purchase.

We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Casa Marella is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an address correction is needed, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Not washed or altered

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
